Super Easy, Delicious Roasted Broccoli

My favorite, healthy yet delicious broccoli recipe.

Ingredients:

2 Heads of broccoli
2-3 cloves of garlic
4 Tbls. of olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Chop the broccoli into bite size pieces. (If you have washed the broccoli make sure it is dry)

2. Mince the garlic

3. Place broccoli, garlic, olive oil, and salt & pepper into a large zip-lock bag or bowl. Shake or stir until broccoli is coated with oil.

4. Spread out on a baking sheet, place on top rack of oven, bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until broccoli is brown on the edges, crunchy and delicious.
